Job Description:
|
Seeking consultant to share best practices in curriculum development with internal training staff. Our human service agency provides services in over 60 locations in 7 different states. We are interested in taking our training to the next level and improving the quality of online learning currently offered.
Desired outcome of this arrangement is a final report and associated template to be used by trainers to develop all future material.

Experience/Competencies Required:
|
5 or more years of organizational development experience, preferably in a consulting capacity. Strong expertise in curriculum development
|
|
Education Required:
|
Bachelor's degree, preferably with a specialty in Adult Learning Theory or Instructional Design
|
