Job Description:
|
Contract Recruiter needed to proactively recruit and build a pipeline of qualified candidates utilizing creative sourcing strategies. This is an inhouse corporate role responsible for recruiting A-level sales professionals. The Recruiter will continually work with hiring managers to fully understand their needs to ensure an efficient and effective interviewing and selection process.

Experience/Competencies Required:
|
5+ years exp. with full-lifecycle recruiting. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting sales professionals for a high-tech company. To be considered, candidates must have demonstrated skills in cold-calling, sourcing and networking, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. An exceptional customer service attitude and ability to establish strong working relationships is required

Education Required:

* Candidates must possess a BA or BS (field of study flexible)
* AIRS CIR or CDR certifications preferred
|
