Position Title:	Payroll Analyst

Job Description:	Our client needs a long-term, contract Payroll Analyst for payroll analysis and operations to support service delivery, identify and resolve issues, provide support to complex projects and ensure continuous process improvements for their payroll department. Job Responsibilities Provide analytical/operational support and service delivery for payroll Work in partnership with internal employees and ADP to deliver timely and accurate service Work with payroll tax department to resolve payroll issues Work with payroll management to coordinate acquisitions with finance for all payroll interfaces Payroll reconciliation (Account reconciliations, Health and dental withholding, PTO accruals, bank reconciliations, employee flex benefit deductions) Analyze, research, and resolve issues related to the payroll interface Execute the running of pre- and post-payroll jobs Employee maintenance including entering W4's, processing manual payroll checks Internal and external reporting Answer questions and assist with payroll issues
Experience/Competencies Required:	5 - 7 years of progressively responsible Human Resources and Payroll experience Payroll experience is required, both operational and service Comprehensive knowledge of HR administration and in-depth knowledge of policies and practices within one or more of the following areas: Health & Welfare, HRIS, employee data/records management, time and attendance, retirement, or call center management Familiarity with ADP or equivalent HR/payroll system Excellent PC skills, including extensive knowledge of spreadsheet and database software Ability to prioritize and manage projects using standard project management methodologies
Education Required:	Bachelor's Degree
