Job Description:	In this role you will gain global HR experience while assisting the Global HR Business Partner in managing the HR function for a global entity of Schneider Electric. This role is responsible for working with managers and employees on all aspects of HR administration. The HRBP is accountable for the day-to-day administration of policies and programs, and employee and labor relations. He or she administers HR policies, compensation programs/reviews, employment legislation, compliance plans and community relations programs, and assists in the development of Affirmative Action plans and EEOC matters. The HR BP maintains appropriate records for reporting requirements and ensures HRIS updates are made timely and accurately. He or she educates employees about company policies, programs and standards through various employee relations and communications programs/activities, and coordinates with HR Shared Services Relocation on global internal transfers, and completes necessary forms regarding internal transfers.
Experience/Competencies Required:	* 2 - 5 years progressive HR experience * Exceptional communication skills * Excellent employee relations skills * Ability to perform with an awareness of customs, values and work practices of all associates from various backgrounds * Strong multi-tasker who can anticipate needs in advance, and possess the ability to handle problems to successful resolution * Good follow through and superior organizational skills
Education Required:	Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or related field PHR/SPHR a plus
