Job Description:	The Department of Human Resources & Payroll at Johnson & Wales University is seeking a human resources professional to join our team as the university’s Human Resources Generalist. This position is responsible for developing, communicating, and administering human resources programs and policies related to employment, compensation, employee relations, performance management, training and development. Experience/Competencies Required:	Moderate amount of work experience in human resources; proficiency in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within rigid time constraints; ability to read, interpret and apply laws, regulations and policies
Education Required:	Bachelor's degree
