Our History

The Human Resource Management Association of Rhode Island was formed in 1992 as a result of the merger of the Personnel Association of Rhode Island (PARI) and the Personnel Executives Club (PEC), whose beginnings date back to the mid-1940's.

HRM-RI is now the largest professional human resource organization in Rhode Island.
