Designing for Results

Amy Tananbaum, Principal
Results by Design

About the Presentation

  • Do you need to design a workshop or a training session?

  • Can training help you implement a change in your organization?

  • Do you understand the business and learning needs in your organization?

You will be introduced to performance consulting skills and learning design that builds individual and organizational capabilities. Learn how to conduct business
and learning needs assessments, design workshops using a design document template, select multiple delivery methods, and measure the effectiveness of
your design.

Amy will take us through an interactive process that will also include designing
for global audiences, getting management buy-in for your design, and using
multiple media..
