Any HRM-RI member may complete a credit
card authorization form and fax it or mail it to HRM-RI. We
will keep the form on file and charge the member's card as needed
for dues and meetings.
For security reasons,
do not send us your credit card information by
e-mail
or by using the contact form on this site. Please mail your completed
authorization form to the address shown on the form or fax it
to 401-737-0959.
