About the Keynote

Gerry Holder is a diversity strategist who has been in the field for over 10 years. He has enjoyed success as a Corporate Human Resources Manager and Interim Executive Director for the National Association of Minority Contractors, and he is recognized as a State of Rhode Island diversity ambassador.
 
Gerry is the author of Hidden Bias -- How Unconscious Attitudes on Diversity Undermine Organizations and What to Do About It.

His presentation will cover the four levels of Diversity Competence, how to recognize your hidden biases, and discovering tools for managing the unconscious attitudes and behaviors in you and your organization.
