ASTD Bay Colonies Logo

Last year over 100 Training and HR professionals came together to learn and network, and the overwhelming feedback was to do it again.

ASTD Bay Colonies and HRM-RI are pleased to bring you a 90 minute session on Designing For Results with Amy Tananbaum, Principal, Results by Design.

  • Do you need to design a workshop or a training session?
  • Can training help you implement a change in your organization?
  • Do you understand the business and learning needs in your organization?

You will be introduced to performance consulting skills and learning design that builds individual and organizational capabilities. Learn how to conduct business and learning needs assessments, design workshops using a design document template, select multiple delivery methods, and measure the effectiveness of your design.

Amy will take us through an interactive process that will also include designing for global audiences, getting management buy-in for your design, and using multiple media.

This meeting sponsored by: The Employers Association.

HRM-RI has applied for approval of 1.5 recertification credits toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Approval is pending.
