Survey of Senior HR Professionals on Strategy
Want to understand more about how HR can increase its
value with senior teams in terms of strategy???
In support of SHRM's interest in advancing the HR profession and in
preparation for the Tri-State Conference to be held on May 18 and 19,
2006, we are conducting a survey of senior HR professionals (chief
HR officers, directors, and managers) on the subject of strategy. This
survey was designed by Dr. Michelle Stronz as part of research work
done at Columbia University. Michelle currently is a professor at Quinnipiac
University and has been a long-standing volunteer leader for the SHRM-Connecticut
State Council.
The survey measures HR leaders' views on the learning capacity of
their organization where it comes to strategy and strategy implementation.
Detailed results will be presented as part of the Chief HR Officer
Track during the Tri-State Conference. The closing date for the survey
is April 15, 2006. Your input will be valuable as we assess this critical
success factor in the ability of the HR profession to advance its capability
and credibility.
