Robert H. Morsilli is a partner in the Boston office of Jackson Lewis LLP. Mr. Morsilli practices labor and employment law, with a particular emphasis on labor relations, wage and hour and employment litigation.
Mr. Morsilli's labor relations, employment litigation and counseling expertise is extensive. He regularly counsels clients on the practice of positive employee relations. In addition, Mr. Morsilli has negotiated dozens of collective bargaining agreements on behalf of organized clients, and he regularly counsels clients with respect to rights and obligations under collective bargaining agreements and applicable labor and employment laws. He also has vast experience in arbitration and in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission.

In addition to his experience before the National Labor Relations Board, the Labor Relations Commission, and other arbitrators, Mr. Morsilli has appeared before the United States Courts of Appeals and District Courts, Massachusetts state courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission, the Massachusetts Joint Labor-Management Committee, the Massachusetts Board of Conciliation and Arbitration and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
Mr. Morsilli is currently admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the District of Columbia, as well as numerous federal district and appellate courts. With the expansion of Jackson Lewis’s Providence, Rhode Island office, he is presently pursuing admission to the Rhode Island bar.
