instructions in the online voting form.
- If you did not receive the special e-mail message, log
into the Members Only
part of the site and click on the Vote Now link on
the Member Welcome page; follow instructions in the online
voting form.

By requiring that members use either the special e-mail link
or log in, we can insure that only bonafide active members of HRM-RI
are allowed to participate in the election. However, no data identifying
individual voters will be recorded with each vote.
If you have forgotten your username and password for logging into
the Members Only part of our site, contact
our webmaster before December 18, 2004 to request this information.
