However, the reality check starts in HR since we
are all diamonds-in-the-rough who are processed at
different stages, temperatures,
and through various experiences.
All HR professional need to reawaken to why they
signed up to be a steward of their company’s most valuable asset
-- people. They need to evaluate their level of engagement
and commitment, and rekindle their passion for making
a difference and driving value.
