The Human Resource Management Association of Rhode Island presents

Simon Bailey
Author, Consultant, and Internationally Known SHRM Speaker
Releasing HR Brilliance

Simon Bailey

What is brilliance?   Why is it important?  Releasing HR brilliance is discovering an individual's potential and leveraging it to increase engagement and high performance. Every employee is a diamond-in-the-rough. HR professionals, in partnership with management, have the ability to polish, and refine them until they brilliantly shine. However, the reality check starts in HR since we are all diamonds-in-the-rough who are processed at different stages, temperatures, and through various experiences.

All HR professional need to reawaken to why they signed up to be a steward of their company’s most valuable asset -- people. They need to evaluate their level of engagement and commitment, and rekindle their passion for making a difference and driving value.
