One of the most significant human resource challenges today is how to effectively manage your organization's workforce to ensure that it is aligned with the organization's basic goals and business objectives. The leaders in an organization understand these goals and objectives, but as they are disseminated throughout the organization, there may be a breakdown. Why does this happen and what are some solutions? Bill will share his perspective, based his experience and discussions with other HR leaders, that addressing these issues is best done through a combination of technology, process change and behavioral changes.

About the Presenter

Bill Larkin is Vice President, HRMS Solutions for Kronos Incorporated, head- quartered in Chelmsford, MA. In this role he works with numerous organizations to implement strategies and technologies that will drive high performance. Prior to joining Kronos, Bill founded LCS and Associates, a consulting firm specializing in HRMS end-user requirements definitions and vendor selection. Earlier in his career, Bill was a human resource practitioner for 20 years with Automatic Data Processing (ADP) and Genesys Software Systems. He is active member of the International Human Resource Management Association and the Northeast Human Resource Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Iowa State University.
